CROCHET CLASS: Amigurumi - Crochet a Mini Whale - Level 2

Please note: We require proof of vaccination to attend class in person. Additionally, we require masks to be worn during the class. If you purchase a ticket and cannot adhere to either of these rules or cannot attend class for any reason, we will offer an exchange to another class on our schedule up to 48 hours before the class. After that time, no refunds or exchanges are issued out of respect for our teachers who purchase and prepare supplies based on the number of attendees.

Required experience: Participant must have completed at least one crochet project recently, and must be comfortable with crocheting in the round.

Make your own adorable mini whale! This two hour, hands-on workshop will cover all the amigurumi basics, including stuffing, using safety eyes, working in the round, advanced amigurumi shaping techniques for creating small details, and other tips and tricks for finishing off and making your amigurumi super cute!

By the end of the workshop you will feel confident tackling beginner amigurumi projects on your own.

Each participant will receive a kit with a crochet hook, tapestry needle, stitch markers, and a surprise color of yarn. I will also provide video instructions for all steps so that you can recreate the project at home, as well as the printed pattern for the whale.

This in-person class will take place at Monster, 1716 NW Market St., on May 2nd starting at 6:30 PM.
