Fix your tattered socks and sweaters with a simple woven type of mending known as darning!
This is a live workshop done through Zoom, so you will be able to ask questions and interact with other participants. Bring something to mend, while you follow along at home.
During this 1.5 hr ZOOM workshop, you’ll learn the classic darning technique of creating a simple weave over (or under) the worn area, a quick no-weave method for darning socks, and a demonstration of darning using a speedweve mini-loom.
Please register for your ticket by 3/30 to allow us enough time to ship the supplies to you.
Materials (included)
-3 colors of yarn or thread (embroidery thread, yarn, sashiko thread, perle cotton)
