Watercolor for Relaxation: You know you need it!
Come relax and unwind with watercolor! Learn the basics of watercolor through these soothing techniques and discover your NEW FAVORITE HOBBY! Your teacher, Kate from Splatter & Bloom, will set you up with everything you need to know to get started on your watercolor journey! You'll go home with premium paints, practice sheets, and a paint brush so you can practice at home! Welcome to the wild and wonderful world of watercolor!
This class will take place at Monster. Our address is 1716 NW Market Street, Seattle, WA 98107. It's at the intersection of 17th and NW Market Street - kitty corner from Mighty-O Donuts.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
If you cannot attend class for any reason, we will offer an exchange to another class currently on our schedule up to 48 hours before the class. After that time, no refunds or exchanges are issued out of respect for our teachers who purchase and prepare supplies based on the number of attendees.
Our current Covid protocol is that anyone attending an event can email us at Info@monstermonster.shop to let us know they prefer that people wear masks up to 72 hours before the event begins. Your request is anonymous to all the other participants.
Attendees will receive an email before the class to let them know If we will be requiring masks be worn.
About the Instructor
Helloooooo! I’m Kate Talcott and I’m the watercolor artist and educator behind Splatter & Bloom! Think of me as your very own personal Bob Ross with a coffee obsession and volume control issues! My ultimate goal is to get everyone obsessed with watercolor and I do that by creating watercolor experiences that are approachable, doable, and FUN! I love creating colorful watercolor art and teaching YOU how to paint too! Are you ready to paint the town red with me?!?!?!
