This class with teach you the basics of crochet including chains, single crochet, and working in rows. We will then use those techniques to create a beautiful and simple bag. This bag is made by crocheting a rectangle & folding it. Bonus: it only has two seams.
The class will include cotton yarn, 4mm crochet hook, and a needle for sewing the bag together.
This class will take place at Monster. Our address is 1716 NW Market Street, Seattle, WA 98107. It's at the intersection of 17th and NW Market Street - kitty corner from Mighty-O Donuts
If you cannot attend class for any reason, we will offer an exchange to another class currently on our schedule up to 48 hours before the class. After that time, no refunds or exchanges are issued out of respect for our teachers who purchase and prepare supplies based on the number of attendees.
Our current Covid protocol is that anyone attending an event can email us at Info@monstermonster.shop to let us know they prefer that people wear masks up to 72 hours before the event begins. Your request is anonymous to all the other participants.
Attendees will receive an email before the class to let them know If we will require masks be worn.
ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR
Anna Avgeres was born and raised in Seattle Washington and has been creating as long as she can remember. She taught herself to crochet around 8 and has never stopped! While she enjoys a variety of mediums including knitting, jewelry making and painting, her heart belongs to crochet.
Currently she is working here at Monster and Ugly Baby and is excited to share her love of crochet through teaching.
