DIY - Paint By Number Kit - Michelle with Peonies

Paint By Number Kits ship for $10 to US destinations and $20 to International destinations. They are also available for local pick up at our Ballard store.

Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama is a lawyer, author, speaker, mother, public servant, and the first Black First Lady in American history. At the age of 4 she could read at an advanced level, she skipped the second grade, attended a school for gifted children, studied at Princeton, and attended Harvard Law School. She grew up in Chicago and spent her post-graduate years working various community-focused positions and serving on many boards; in fact she continued to work until the day of her husband's inauguration! As First Lady she volunteered, advocated for healthy food and lifestyles, became a style icon, and symbol of hope for many Black girls everywhere.

“Michelle with peonies” features the beautiful and accomplished former first lady surrounded by vibrant peonies. The pre-printed, full-color background features an art-nouveau-inspired floral design. Completing the painting can take between 3-5 hours. When completed, select a frame at your local craft store and display! Recommended for ages 13 and up.
