SALE DIY - Paint By Number Kit - Amanda with Sunflower

    2 items left

Paint By Number Kits ship for $10 to US destinations and $20 to International destinations. They are also available for local pick up at our Ballard store.

At the age of 22 Amanda Gorman became the youngest known poet to speak at a presidential inauguration. Her words of unity and reconciliation inspired a nation. Her work focuses on issues of oppression, race, and feminism. Raised by a single mother in Los Angeles, Amanda credits music and oration with helping her to overcome a speech impediment that hindered her from giving voice to her words. Amanda has said that she plans to run for president herself in 2036.

“Being American is more than a pride we inherit,

It’s the past we step into and how we repair it.”
